GAN DIO-MASHモデルの概要

モデル名 GAN DIO-MASH
動物種 C57BL/6Jマウス
モデル特徴 本モデルはGubra独自開発のものであり、世界のゴールドスタンダードとなっています。マウスはGAN食（高脂肪、高コレストロール、高フルクトース食）にて28～38週間にわたり飼育します。GAN食の開始時には、ベースラインとして臨床に関連しているNAFLD Activity Scoreと線維化ステージを生検で確認します。
疾患との関連性 GAN DIO-MASHモデルのマウスは、肥満、代謝性疾患、中等度の肝線維化を伴う進行性MASHを発症します。なお、LITMUS Consortium（EU）により、ヒトMASHにもっとも関連性の高いモデルと評価されています。
応用 肥満／代謝性疾患を背景とするMASHと、肝線維症に対する薬剤の有効性の評価。
